    At Nepal Cloud Professionals, we believe in creating a community where everyone can learn, collaborate, and innovate without fear of harassment or discrimination. Our Code of Conduct outlines the standards we uphold at our events, meetups, and online platforms to ensure a positive experience for all participants.

    Community Guidelines

    Nepal Cloud Professionals is committed to providing a harassment-free environment for all participants, regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or experience level. We expect all members, attendees, speakers, sponsors, and organizers to adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Be Respectful: Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Engage in constructive, on-topic discussions and avoid personal attacks or derogatory language.
    • Be Inclusive: Welcome diverse perspectives and ensure everyone feels valued. Avoid language or behavior that excludes or marginalizes others.
    • Be Professional: Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, whether in-person at events or online in our Meetup group, social media, or forums.
    • No Harassment: Harassment, including sexual language, inappropriate images, or intimidation, is not tolerated in any form.
    • Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information about others without consent, and respect boundaries during networking or discussions.

    Enforcement

    Nepal Cloud Professionals takes violations of our Code of Conduct seriously. If behavior contradicts our guidelines, our organizers may take action, including:

    • Warning: Issuing a verbal or written warning to address minor infractions.
    • Temporary Removal: Asking a participant to leave an event or online discussion temporarily.
    • Permanent Ban: Expelling individuals from events or the community for severe or repeated violations.
    • Event Cancellation: In extreme cases, canceling an event to ensure safety and compliance.All actions are at the discretion of the organizing team, with the goal of maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.

    Reporting

    If you experience or witness behavior that violates our Code of Conduct, please report it to our team immediately. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and confidentially.

    • Contact Us: Email partnerships@nepalcloudpro.org with details of the incident, including date, time, location, and description.
    • Anonymous Reporting: Use our anonymous reporting form for sensitive concerns (if available).
    • In-Person Reporting: At events, approach any organizer or staff member, identifiable by their badges. Our team will review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all parties involved.
